Breakfast at the hotel. We begin the excursion by immersing ourselves in music with a visit to the Grupo Niche Monument, a tribute to the legendary musical group. Afterwards, we will walk along the River Boulevard, a place that not only offers views of the mountains, but also allows you to feel the pulse of urban life and appreciate the architecture of La Ermita Church and the Ortiz Bridge. We will continue our tour until we reach La Merced Church, the place where Cali was founded, full of history and significance. We will enter the Colonial neighborhood of San Antonio, home to the second oldest church in the city, built in 1747. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. We continue to the Gato del Río and the picturesque Las Novias del Gato Park, a place full of charm and mystery, with an intriguing history, before stopping at La Palabra Cali. We will then head to a cozy craft store, where you can purchase special souvenirs and enjoy a delicious snack typical of the region. We will end the experience with an hour-long Cali salsa class, where you can learn about the characteristics and influences that have made this genre unique and significant to Cali culture.

We begin the tour at Hacienda El Paraíso (located 36 km from Cali), a true treasure that houses an emblematic love story, immortalized in Jorge Isaac's work “María.” Every corner of this place is imbued with the nostalgia of eternal love, and the air itself seems to whisper the stories of its protagonists, Efraín and María. We continue with a delicious typical regional lunch at a country restaurant and then on to Hacienda Piedechinche, a true architectural gem that captures the essence of typical Valle del Cauca architecture. This place invites you to immerse yourself in the life of bygone eras, where you can explore customs and daily life while appreciating the utensils and furniture characteristic of that historical period. The experience is further enriched by a leisurely tour of different stations that highlight a variety of typical sugar mills from different regions of Colombia and their evolution over time, unearthing the hidden treasures of Colombian history.
