Vehicle: Equipped with air conditioning, passenger insurance, satellite tracking and Wi-Fi. We have a team of experienced drivers to provide comfort and safety.

Travel Time: Approximately 40 minutes.

Flight Change or Delay: In case of flight changes or rescheduling, we will reassign the passenger to the next available departure according to our availability. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, responsibility for the transfer becomes the responsibility of the airline.

Luggage: Each passenger may bring 01 (one) MEDIUM-sized suitcase (dimensions: H 67 cm; L 48 cm; W 27 cm, weighing up to 23 kg). Extra luggage will be accepted upon request, subject to space availability and additional charges according to the type of luggage.

Children: Children up to three years old travel free of charge and must travel on the lap of the responsible adult. They may only occupy a seat if one is available. From four years old onward, the full fare applies. (Please remember to bring the documents proving the child's age.) We do not transport minors under 16 years old unaccompanied by a responsible adult.

Drop-off: Passengers will normally be dropped off in front of their accommodation. In case of restrictions in areas that are difficult to access, such as hills, communities, streets where vehicle access is not permitted, among others, passengers will be dropped off as close as possible. Please contact our Customer Service Center for further information. The drop-off route is organized according to the location of the accommodations.

• There may be stops at the airports for passenger pick-up and drop-off, depending on the day's logistics.
• We have local support vehicles at the destinations to optimize the service.
• Information such as the customer's contact details, flight number, accommodation time and location is very important and directly influences the quality of our services.
